Every envelope is packed by hand and walked to the post office on Saturday.

Kkachi Post mails once a week, on Saturdays. We made it this way on purpose: slower mail, more carefully sent. Here's exactly how shipping works.

When we ship

Pay by Friday 23:59 KST and your envelope goes out the next Saturday morning. Anything after midnight rolls into the following week's batch automatically.

Order cutoff · Fridays 23:59 (KST)
Ship day · Saturday mornings
Closed · When the post office is closed for a holiday, that week ships with the next Saturday batch

Shipping options

Regular mail

Included

Usually arrives 3-5 days after shipping. No tracking.

Registered mail

+₩2,400

Comes with a tracking number you can follow. If anything goes wrong, we'll help you check with Korea Post.

We recommend registered mail when the envelope really has to arrive: gifts to grandparents or parents, anything time-sensitive.

Where we deliver

We print in Seoul and deliver to addresses across Korea, including Seoul, Gyeonggi, Incheon, Busan, Daegu, Daejeon, Gwangju, Ulsan, and Jeju. Remote areas and islands may take longer depending on local mail conditions. Payment works fine with non-Korean cards, so you can send photos home to family even while living abroad.

How long it takes (from ship date)

Seoul & metro area: 3-5 days
Other Korean cities: 3-5 days
Islands & mountain regions: 7-10 days

Times can shift around Korean holidays or bad weather. Registered mail comes with a tracking number you can check yourself.

If something gets lost or damaged

We take getting your envelope there safely seriously, but mail being mail, things very occasionally go wrong. Here's what happens by option.

Regular mail · There's no tracking, so Kkachi Post can't take liability if it's lost. What we will do: reprint the same photos at no charge, and you just cover the postage to send a second envelope.

Registered mail · We'll help you go through Korea Post's compensation process. Reply within one week of you reporting it.
