Refund policy
Full refund before we print; if we get it wrong, we redo it free.
Every Kkachi Post is made to order, printed from the photos you send. So the refund terms are different before and after printing starts. Here's how it works, case by case.

Full refund before printing
We start printing on Saturday mornings. Any time before that week's Saturday prep begins, you can get a full refund, or freely change your photos, message, or address.

- Refunds go back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days
- Request it from the order-status page or at hello@kkachipost.com
After printing starts
Once Saturday printing and packing begin, your order is a personalized, made-to-order item, so we can't refund a simple change of mind. The cases below are the exceptions.
If it's our mistake, we redo it free
If a print comes out wrong, we send the wrong photos or order, or something is damaged while we pack it, we'll reprint the same photos and resend at no charge, or give you a full refund. No extra cost to you.
Lost or damaged in the mail
Loss or damage during delivery is handled differently for regular and registered mail; the full details are on the Shipping page. If an envelope comes back because the address was wrong, we don't charge for printing again, you just cover the postage to resend.
