No. You only need an email address. As long as the delivery address in Korea is correct, you can place an order.
Yes. You can order from anywhere in the world. We print the photos in Seoul and mail them to an address inside Korea. Non-Korean cards work fine at checkout.
Orders placed by Friday 23:59 are printed and mailed from Seoul on Saturday. Regular mail usually takes about 3 to 5 days after mailing, depending on the address and postal conditions. Registered mail is available if you want extra peace of mind.
Kkachi Post is a small, hands-on service. We print, check, and pack each envelope by hand, then mail the week's orders together from Seoul every Saturday.
Yes. We only use your photos to print and mail your order. Uploaded files are deleted within 30 days of your order.
No. We don't put a receipt or ads inside the envelope. They'll only see your photos, your message, and who sent it.
Yes. Regular mail is the default. If you'd like extra peace of mind, you can choose registered mail for +₩2,400.
Your photos are printed as 4x6 (postcard size) prints. If a photo is too small to print well, we'll let you know as you upload, so you can swap in a larger file.
We print and mail orders from Seoul to addresses across Korea, including Seoul, Gyeonggi, Incheon, Busan, Daegu, Daejeon, Gwangju, Ulsan, and Jeju. Remote areas and islands may take longer.
Yes. Choose "I don't know their address yet" at checkout and you'll get a share link after payment. Your recipient fills in their own address, and the envelope joins the next Saturday dispatch once it's in. If no address arrives within 30 days, we cancel and refund in full.
If a photo is too small, we'll let you know as you upload. If something looks too low quality to print well, we'll reach out before mailing and sort it out with you.
Please double-check the Korean delivery address before ordering. If something looks incomplete, we may contact you before mailing. Once an order has been mailed, delivery depends on the address provided.
You can get a full refund before we start preparing your order on Saturday. Once printing and packing has started, we can't refund the order because each Kkachi Post is custom made.
Regular photo printing gives you prints. Kkachi Post prepares a small personal envelope for someone in Korea: selected photos, your message card, careful packing, Korea-side mailing, and no invoice inside. It is made to feel like a thoughtful note, not a print-shop order.
